Summer is here and our beautiful city always looks its best when the morning gives way to the rising sun. The water in the harbour sparkles, the sun's rays peek around the buildings and windows, brightening your day and putting a warm smile on your face. So, what better way to show our appreciation for this wonderful season than with a sun salutation, 258 metres above the city! #yogagetsyouhigh

Yoga From the Sky is a series of yoga classes held on Wednesday mornings, hosted by the Sydney Tower Eye on the Observation Deck. Participants can enjoy breathtaking 360 views of the city during a 1 hour Hatha Yoga class with Yoga by the Sea's experienced instructors. This is a class beginners & pre/post natal ladies can enjoy, as well as those more experienced at yoga. Feel on top of the world!
