Hosted by Yoga by the Sea's founder Sasha Hawley, this active Retreat includes a seaside yoga & meditation class, Wildlife Meanders Tour of North Head National Park, SUP (stand-up paddleboard) session on Sydney Harbour, Art Therapy Workshop, & Kayak with Manly Tours.
